Position: Business Analyst - Product Design Team
Job Description:
RealTime Gaming is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The primary function of the Business Analyst is to emulate the role of a user. From a user’s perspective, the Business Analyst will define product specifications based on how users will interact with the product during everyday use such that technical construction of the product can be completed according to specifications. The Business Analyst must be a detail-oriented individual who can understand the impact and tradeoffs of new features as products become larger and more complex. The Business Analyst will ensure the scope of a project, as specified in requirements, is defined in sufficient detail to ensure a complete and accurate software product.
Candidates will be required to have an excellent eye for details, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and good interpersonal skills to succeed. We need team players who can be flexible and receptive to team goals. Prospective employees will be required to pass a background check before an offer can be extended.
Required Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Visual SourceSafe, bug tracking, Visio & SQL
3+ years experience as Business Analyst in the Information Technology (software development) area with emphasis on GUI design and best practices.
3+ years experience with Rational Unified Process product methodology (RUP) or other formal development methodology
Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
