Position: Flash Developer – Creative Services Team

Job Description:
RealTime Gaming is currently looking for a Flash Developer to join its Creative Services team in Atlanta, Georgia. You will participate in all parts of the application development cycle including concept consultation, initial specification, build approach, and scheduling. Candidates will be required to have an excellent eye for details, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and good interpersonal skills to succeed. Prospective employees will be required to pass a background check before an offer can be extended.

Required Skills:
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in designing and developing Object Oriented programs in ActionScript 2.0
Integrating Flash applications with other client-side and server-side technologies (via XML, etc.)
Effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, interacting with marketing team, creative team, other developers and support staff during the life-cycle of a project.

Desired Skills:
1+ years of Illustrator and vector art and Basic HTML – Dreamweaver, GoLive or Notepad & Web Design Concepts
