Position: Software Support, Level III
Job Description:
RealTime Gaming is currently looking for a specialist to join its Software Support team in Atlanta , Georgia . Candidates will provide support for all clients by monitoring a web based support system for incoming tickets which contains questions, software issues and special requests. You will be required to act appropriately and quickly to update the ticket with an accurate and informative response. If further assistance is required, the candidate will need to make sure the client's request is fully completed or escalated to the appropriate department. This position will also be required to share the responsibility of rolling out new release versions and new clients. This position also provides support internally for developers, management and the client managers. Many of the special request from our clients, and internally, involve the analysis of large databases using ad-hoc SQL queries. SQL knowledge is required. Prospective employees will be required to pass a background check before an offer can be extended.
Required Skills:
Good Communication skills.
Must have a good background in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
Experience with MS Office tools.
MS SQL Server experience preferred.
ASP and ASP. NET experience preferred.
